Terms and Conditions

  1. Client will be informed by SMS when goods are ready to be collected and there after one (1) SMS reminder/ notice.
  2. Goods must be collected and paid for within fourteen (14)days from last notice.
  3. No goods will be released before/ without a job card and payment. If job card was misplaced, lost or stolen, a proof of purchase or a valuation certificate with a detailed description of item/ items and a certified copy of your ID will be required.
  4. Permission must be given in writing by you for any person other than yourself to collect this repair and proof of identification must be given.
  5. Failure to collect or pay, within six (6) month from last notice, will entitle SLJI to sell goods to defray costs, without further notice, at your cost.
  6. All repairs are done at client`s own risk.
  7. No guarantee will be given on any repairs.
  8. Customer Refund and Exchange Policy:
    1. The goods are in their original condition and have not being used, damaged or altered in any way.
    2. For hygienic reasons this excludes earrings and all body jewellery nose, belly and toe rings.
    3. All goods must be returned in the original packaging.
    4. The original invoice is required as proof of purchase.
  1. You have 30 days from date of purchase to exchange your purchase if you are not completely satisfied and you may return the goods for a refund within 7 days of the date of purchase provided that:
  1. If goods are defective due to manufacturing fault they may be returned within six months of the date of purchase provided that:
  1. They were used for intended purpose.
  2. They have been cared for.
