Terms and Conditions
- Client will be informed by SMS when goods are ready to be collected and there after one (1) SMS reminder/ notice.
- Goods must be collected and paid for within fourteen (14)days from last notice.
- No goods will be released before/ without a job card and payment. If job card was misplaced, lost or stolen, a proof of purchase or a valuation certificate with a detailed description of item/ items and a certified copy of your ID will be required.
- Permission must be given in writing by you for any person other than yourself to collect this repair and proof of identification must be given.
- Failure to collect or pay, within six (6) month from last notice, will entitle SLJI to sell goods to defray costs, without further notice, at your cost.
- All repairs are done at client`s own risk.
- No guarantee will be given on any repairs.
- Customer Refund and Exchange Policy:
- The goods are in their original condition and have not being used, damaged or altered in any way.
- For hygienic reasons this excludes earrings and all body jewellery nose, belly and toe rings.
- All goods must be returned in the original packaging.
- The original invoice is required as proof of purchase.
- You have 30 days from date of purchase to exchange your purchase if you are not completely satisfied and you may return the goods for a refund within 7 days of the date of purchase provided that:
- If goods are defective due to manufacturing fault they may be returned within six months of the date of purchase provided that:
- They were used for intended purpose.
- They have been cared for.
